This kimono is worked from the top down in stockinette stitch associated with a geometric pattern that reminds to Japanese fabrics. First the back of the yoke and the sleeves are worked, then the shoulders, then the front of the yoke and the sleeves, finally the body. The knitted Kimono has a removable belt worked in Moss Seed Stitch using smaller knitting needles size.
