How will I be refunded?
A refund will be issued about 10 days after we receive your returned items, to the credit card, debit card, or PayPal account originally used to place the order.
Do you offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount of money?
On all US retail orders totaling over $99 and to Canada retail orders over $250
How will I be notified about the status of my order?
You will be notified by email shortly after placing your order, as well as when your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive the tracking number for your order via email. You can copy and paste the number into a search engine to track it, or simply click on the number in your email. You can also access the tracking number on our site by logging into your account.
Do you have overnight shipping?
Yes, for overnight shipping we offer Fedex Standard Overnight: Arrives the next day (provided you order before 2 pm EDT on a business day).
You can select this shipping option during check out, in the Shipping section. Please note, orders placed after 2 pm EDT ship the following business day. For same-day dispatch, please make sure to order before 2 pm EDT.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to Canada, your retail order will ship free when it reaches $250 or greater!
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we are shipping to the US and Canada.
We are looking to expand our fulfillment capabilities, so this is something that might happen in the future!
How soon will I get my order? What are the shipping rates?
Shipping rates and transit times depend on the shipping method you select at check out. The rate is calculated automatically at check out. For same-day dispatch, please make sure to place your order before 2 pm EDT. We currently offer the following shipping methods:
Fedex Standard Overnight: Arrives the next day (provided you order before 2 pm EDT on a business day)
Fedex 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days transit time
Fedex 3-Day Shipping: 3 business days transit time
Fedex Ground (Free shipping on US orders over $150): 4-7 business days transit time.
USPS Priority – 3-7 Business Days
We ship to Canada via FedEx ground international(Free shipping on CA orders over $225): 4-7 business days transit time or USPS Priority (2-4 weeks average)
How soon will my order be shipped?
Most orders placed by 2 pm EDT are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EDT, or on a non-business day are shipped the next business day. For same-day shipping, please make sure to place your order before 2 pm EDT.
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns within 30 days of receipt, in the same condition it was received. You will received a full refund for the items returned (excluding any shipping fees you may have paid) as long as you ship your return back to us within 30 day of receipt.
What is your return process for US based customers?
Using our hassle-free return process, the return shipping is on us! All you need to do is click here. Follow the directions on the screen to generate and download a pre-paid postage label. What is your return process for Canadian customers?
Please email hello@yarnalia.com to notify us of your full or partial return. Please include a copy of your order invoice in the return package and clearly note which items you are returning (we can email you a copy if needed).
