Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our warehouse in Toledo, Ohio. We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Orders shipping within the US

Free shipping on retail orders over $99. Free shipping on wholesale orders over $299. Retail orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.90. We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days after dispatch. Hawaii, Alaska and US territories: up to 8 business days.

Orders shipping to Canada

Free shipping on retail orders over $250. Free shipping on wholesale orders over $299. Orders below those amounts ship at rates calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We ship via FedEx International Ground, which usually takes 4 to 8 business days, and USPS Priority Mail International, which can take 2 to 4 weeks. Orders shipped to Canada might incur additional charges for customs processing, taxes, and/or duty. Because these fees are levied by government entities, the responsibility for these charges falls on the customer.

Processing and tracking

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can also find it in your account.
