What is your environmental policy?
At Yarnalia, we do all we can to minimally impact the environment. Our fibre processing facilities run in part on solar electricity and wastewater is conserved for reuse. We offer organic options in order to support organic textile manufacturing. We are always looking for ways to take care of our environment and we welcome any suggestions you might have!
Where can I find my patterns?
Yarnalia patterns are available to download for free to all Yarnalia newsletter subscribers. To download your patterns, make sure you’re logged into your yarnalia account and navigate to the patterns tab on our website.
Are your colors accurate?
As we all know, computer screens display color differently from computer to computer. We try our very best to accurately represent our colors. If you have any questions about yarn colors, which they pair best with, etc feel free to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you have Dye Lots?
Yes. Our yarns are dyed in small batches, so we recommend purchasing enough to complete your project (and maybe an extra skein for wiggle room!) to ensure that all your skeins match perfectly. We cannot guarantee we will have the same dye lot available on your next purchase.

Our online return process securely generates a return shipping label that is prepaid and pre-addressed. All you will need to do is schedule a pick-up with FedEx, or bring the return to a FedEx location.

We do accept returns! Please make sure to ship back your yarn within 30 days of receipt, in the same condition it was received.

Follow the instructions on the screen to generate a prepaid postage label, which you may print out and attach to your return packaging. You can schedule a Fed-Ex pick up when you create your return label or bring the package to a Fed-Ex dropbox or a brick-and-mortar location. Returning from Canada? Do you offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount of money?
On US orders within the United States totaling over $150 (Hawaii and Alaska orders over $200) and to Canada on orders over $200.

Yes, for overnight shipping we offer Fedex Standard Overnight: Arrives the next day (provided you order before 2 pm EDT on a business day).
